What You’ll Do Sales Responsibilities Guide customer inquiries to drive sales and build lasting relationships. Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM system. Respond quickly to emails, calls, and walk-in inquiries. Close sales efficiently and with professionalism. Accurately enter transactions into the dealership system and complete all required documentation. Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to post-sale follow-up. Customer Service Deliver a customer-first experience and strengthen relationships. Represent the RIDEZILLA brand with a polished, professional appearance. Collaborate with other departments (service, parts, etc.) to help customers. Keep your workspace clean and organized. Proactively inform management about sales opportunities and customer feedback. Requirements Team player with a positive attitude. Proven sales track record (powersports, automotive, or related industry preferred). Basic knowledge of motorcycles and powersports products. Strong computer skills and ability to work within digital systems. Motivated to exceed sales goals. Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement recommended if hired).
