Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving our B2B sales efforts. This position is responsible for generating new leads, converting inquiries into sales, making cold calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry contacts.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up on inquiries and leads, providing information and support to convert them into sales.
- Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation and sales conversion metrics to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales coordination, lead generation, or a similar role (B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
