Your opportunity
As a Sales Consultant – Seniors Living, you will join a high performing team responsible for generating $15–$20 million in sales revenue annually by driving new sales and resales for Anglicare’s retirement villages.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, providing expert guidance, personalised tours, and exceptional customer service to support their transition into a vibrant retirement community.
You will manage all new and existing leads, conduct on-site presentations and ’Open Homes’, build a pipeline of prospective residents and oversee renovations to ensure they are fit for purpose and completed within expected timeframes to maximise sales opportunities and occupy all vacant units.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping people find the right home for their next chapter. This role requires someone who is able to drive and can travel between sites - Goodwin Village (Woollahra) & St John’s Village (Glebe) – with opportunity to work from Macquarie Hub (Anglicare Head Office) or home for a half day on Mondays and be on-site Tuesday to Friday.
