SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or HR tech.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing both Enterprise and SME clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client pain points.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
  • Self-driven, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Sales Consultant at BrioHR, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from qualifying inbound and outbound leads to closing deals.
You will work closely with our inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and marketing team to identify client needs, demonstrate the value of BrioHR’s solutions, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
Your success will directly impact our growth and market presence in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to deal closure.
  • Partner with inbound and outbound SDRs to convert qualified leads into paying customers.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ HR challenges and business needs.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight BrioHR’s value proposition (onsite or online).
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements.
