Role: Sales Consultant
Position: Full-Time/ Part-Time
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour + Commission & Bonus
Location: Condell Park, NSW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by expanding our client base and promoting our courses. The ideal candidate will be able to follow company policies and principles to achieve sales targets while building strong client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in sales.
· Very Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills, combined with the ability to spot and seize new business opportunities.
· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to varied audiences.
· Analytical prowess, leadership qualities, and a collaborative spirit are essential
· Fluent in English, being able to speak to customers from all background.

Responsibilities

· Carry out market research on the courses to sell. The courses will be offered towards people in the technical trade industry in Australia. So, experience dealing with tradesman would be ideal.
· Able to use Sales CRM and navigate through CRM or willing to learn using it.
· Enhance your selling skills.
· Understand business processes.
· Communicate with marketing team to provide valuable feedback on the generated leads and sales process.
· Build, promote and develop business with existing customers.
· Identify and develop new key customers over the phone and meet them in person.
· Provide objective and structured feedback.
· Prepare sales reports and maintain effective customer records.
· Conduct professional presentations to prospective customers.
· Develop long term plans that detail Objectives, Strategies and Tactics for securing new business opportunities
· Achieve sales target and meet KPI.
