We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join our SLM Norwich team as a Sales Consultant. SLM Norwich has adopted a collaborative approach, putting the customer firmly at the heart of everything we do, with the team working as “one team”. The Sales Consultant role involves guiding the customer throughout their journey with us, through the vehicle sales and aftersales processes.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Assist clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay up to date with Toyota vehicle models and product offerings
