Are you a driven sales person with a passion for providing excellent customer service? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to for a Sales Consultant to join our brilliant Sales Team on a permanent basis in Bristol.
From first time buyers looking for to get onto the property market with Shared Ownership, to growing families looking for that forever home on the Open Market and everything in-between, as a real people person you’ll have the chance make a real difference to our customers buying journey.
Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:00 with occasional weekend and out of hours work as required. Based out of our office in Bristol , you’ll combine office and home working to ensure a positive work life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Providing an excellent sales service at every stage of the buying journey. You’ll build great relationships with your customers and deliver the highest standards of care
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their sales journey, you will be dealing with both Open Market and Shared Ownership plots sales
  • Taking operational responsibility for a range of new developments across several sales locations across the south of England, including all aspects of presentation and stock management
  • Proactively identify potential sales and create ‘forward’ interest and viewings
  • Follow-up all leads and effectively qualify, progress and close sales to ensure that figures are kept in line with agreed sales targets
  • Knowing your customer and your developments in detail to be able to effectively influence the marketing activity for your schemes through effective and tailored campaigns, alongside individual market research
