Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Consultant candidate we are looking for will be a highly motivated individual, with an enthusiastic attitude and professional approach. Strong people skills and a commitment to customer service is a must! Automotive sales experience is an asset.
Guaranteed salary of $50,000 a year with the potential to earn much more!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; also by suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions
  • Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify potential customers
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
  • Figure out customer’s needs by listening and asking questions
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Engage customers through our online chat tool
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Perform walk-around videos with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles
  • Work with management team on opportunities and sales objectives
