Description
Job Description: Identify potential clients through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, referrals, and online research. Qualify leads to determine their potential as viable customers Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client's requirements and preferences. Present product or service offerings to prospects, highlighting their features and benefits. Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide suitable solutions. Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, contracts, and delivery arrangements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Continuously engage with clients to upsell additional products or services and identify opportunities for cross-selling. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Analyze sales data and market insights to identify areas for growth and optimization. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding product performance and customer preferences. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, after-sales, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in construction material supply, or related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Good presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer. Great analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
