Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Property Lead Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for motivated homeowners ready to sell. Your role is to build rapport, qualify leads, and show them why our method is the smarter way to sell. You’ll act as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and deal-closer all in one.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle warm inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Build trust quickly and understand client needs
