You'll build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and present vehicles that perfectly match their lifestyle and budget. Your charisma, product knowledge, and negotiation skills will be key to closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: Welcome guests, build rapport, and conduct thoughtful needs assessments Present vehicles with clarity, aligning features, performance, and technology to guest priorities Facilitate test drives and confidently demonstrate vehicle operation Guide guests through pricing, trade-in, and financing conversations with transparency Secure purchase agreements and deliver a seamless buying experience Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in the CRM Build long-term relationships through post-sale follow-up and repeat business Stay current on inventory, product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings Support dealership initiatives, events, and vehicle presentation standards Uphold Mercedes-Benz brand standards, dealership policies, and professional conduct Qualifications: Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. Minimum of one year of experience in automotive sales or comparable sales experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to help customers. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn about new vehicle features quickly. Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Physical Requirements Standing and Walking: Consultants often spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership, assisting customers, and demonstrating vehicles. Sitting: There may be periods of sitting, such as during customer meetings or paperwork. Reaching and Bending: Consultants may need to reach into vehicles to demonstrate features or retrieve items.
