You’ll help customers: Find the right vehicle for their needs Navigate the purchase or lease process Feel confident and taken care of from start to finish This role directly impacts customer satisfaction, dealership performance, and your own earning potential. The Role You will guide customers through the full sales process, including: Customer Experience & Sales Greet and assist customers in a professional, hospitality-driven manner Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives Build relationships that drive repeat and referral business Sales Process Execution Follow a structured sales process from initial contact to delivery Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems Work with sales managers and F&I to finalize deals Manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment Training & Development Learn Honda products, features, and technology Stay current on incentives and market trends Participate in ongoing coaching and development What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Motivation to earn and grow Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Basic computer skills Valid driver’s license No automotive or sales experience required — we train.
