In this role, you’ll engage with both travelers and travel agents, providing expert advice and customizing packages to make dream vacations a reality.

Sales and Consultation

  • Advise clients on African vacation packages and FIT options.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and close sales via phone and email.
  • Tailor packages to clients’ needs and stay updated on travel trends.

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to build lasting relationships.
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and encourage repeat business.

Team Collaboration

  • Work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and share sales insights.
  • Support marketing efforts for African vacation packages.

About You
You bring experience in travel sales, with a focus on African vacations being a strong advantage. You’re an outstanding communicator in English, with French as a bonus skill. Highly self-motivated and organized, you excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Proficiency in reservation systems like Amadeus and Microsoft Office is a key strength, and your deep knowledge of African travel destinations, logistics, and attractions sets you apart.
