Job responsibilities: · Achieving individual and collective sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience, as per company’s service standards (UPT, ATV and personal target will be shared by Store Manager) · Driving sell-throughs within the store · Display role model behaviour of fashion-savviness by sharing market and competitor trends with the team. · Keep up to date with specific Brand product knowledge · Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach; Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements · Promote loyalty program and stay up to date with app offerings etc. · Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs · Maintain personal grooming standards as per Brand guidelines, whilst wearing current season uniform issued by the company as per the current SOP The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this job function.
