Description This position requires selling and promoting our spirits and wine beverage products to their assigned territory of accounts. The Sales Consultant provides exceptional service to their accounts to maximize territory growth measured against market potential. They are responsible for communicating and executing the brand plans of our supplier partners and helping attain collective sales goals. Requirements · Actively engage with assigned customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations through in-depth presentations which convert product features to benefits. · Build and nurture relationships with customers ensuring exceptional customer service. · Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization. · Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction. · Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation as required. · Follow the 10 Steps to the Sales Call and achieve the Six Standards of Performance · Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications: · Minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent professional work experience. · Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record and working vehicle. · Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish enduring customer relationships. · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively. · A drive to negotiate and close sales deals. · Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills. · Knowledge of the beverage industry and understanding of market trends and customer motivations is a plus.
