JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably with Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline
  • At least 1 year of proven sales track-record, preferably in automotive industry
  • Proficient with MS Office Tool (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
  • Good negotiation skills, persuasion skills, interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric, sales-driven, resourceful
  • Able to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-initiative with a growth mindset

Responsibilities
  • Selling of pre-owned cars.
  • Identify prospective customers through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, and roadshows and events attendance.
  • Recommend appropriate products based on analyses of customers’ needs and technical knowledge of product features and capabilities.
  • Explain technical product information to customers and handle customer inquiries about products and services.
  • Build strong rapport and provide excellent service to customers.
  • Sell and arrange for delivery, insurance, financing, or service contracts for products.
  • Process sales through the preparation of sales agreements and relevant sales documentation, liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure a successful sale.
  • Undertake showroom management and daily operation duties to upkeep products.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding financing and delivery, and product knowledge.Any other duties as and when assigned.
