Are you looking for a new career in sales? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SalesConsultant to come and join our fantastic, growing team here in our office in Newport. We are offering basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE up to 40,000 Uncapped, what’s not to love?
We offer a one-stop-shop for the van buying market and the key responsibility of the Sales Consultant is to maximise the return on every opportunity to achieve sales in line with individual, team and company targets. In doing so the Sales Consultant acts as the customer’s vehicle and finance expert to match their requirements with the company’s stock inventory and other factors that can ultimately determine the sale.
Experience in sales is not necessary for the role as full training will be provided, however we are looking for the ideal candidate to be able to demonstrate the 5 unteachables - Drive, Attitude, Talent, Character and Energy. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with people and be IT literate with a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
