About the Role:

  • Provide advice and assist vendors and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the price under the best terms
  • Handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up leads
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Develop networks and cooperate with solicitors and mortgage lenders

About You:

  • A passion and drive to grow within the industry
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A real estate certificate of registration or previous industry experience is preferred
  • Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Bilingual preferred

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Licence/Certification
  • Australian driver’s licence (Preferred)
