We are currently looking for a sales consultant to join our fast paced and ever evolving business in our Middlesbrough store.
Matheson Communications Limited is a telecommunications franchise and holds eight Vodafone stores in York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Durham, Stockton and Hartlepool.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of working in sales is a not required but preferred
  • Retail experience is not necessary as we are not traditional retail and follow a structured sales process
  • Experience of working in a regulated sales environment is preferred but not essential
Responsibilities

As a sales consultant you will be responsible for:

  • making and increasing sales and ensuring efficiency
  • following the sales process end to end to ensure consistency and compliance
  • delivering world class customer service
  • delivering on your sales targets and KPI’s each month
  • independent learning
  • analysing your own sales figures
  • maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing
