We are seeking a full-time and part-time assistant to join our highly regarded team at the West Bromwich branch.

We work very differently from a typical bridal boutique, as our brides and prom girls can take their gowns away on the same day if they wish.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide an exceptional level of store and customer focus, offering outstanding service to every customer from their first prom to their wedding. Duties include providing assistance to our bridal consultants and customers, maintaining a tidy store at all times, handling dresses, processing transactions at the till, and performing administrative duties. You will be asked to keep the store’s outlook, as we take great pride in the quality of our stock and its visual presentation. You will work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and thoroughly enjoyable experience for our customers while building a great rapport and trust with our clients. We are seeking the perfect fit to complement our exceptional team.
