  Position Overview:  Our Retail Sales Consultants are the frontline for our customers and for WindowRama.  You will be responsible for building rapport with all customers as well as providing exceptional service.  At our retail locations you will have the ability to show customers around our sales floor and show customers products to close sales   Essential Job Functions: * Ability to build a trusting relationship between our customers and WindowRama * Ensuring each customer receives exceptional service * Greeting and acknowledging every customer * Demonstrate strong sales acumen and product knowledge * Create a positive and appealing impression on our customers * Collaborate with teammates working with new ideas and changes to help maximize business opportunities * Enter sales orders into our CRM * Communicate and coordinate with different departments to ensure customers needs are met * Answer phones and provide both sales and retail information to customers * Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Key Competencies:. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong ability to problem-solve. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly. * Ability to supervise and develop subordinate staff. * Ability to multitask, consistently meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong time management skills. * Advanced use of Microsoft Office  * Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities * Top performer who can instill pride of workmanship in self while also motivating team to excel * Passionate about WindowRama and loves the brand * Highly motivated, flexible, and positive, professional demeanor    Required Education and Experience: * 2-3 years of previous sales or industry experience * Extensive product knowledge * Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results * Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills * Ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays and Sundays, nights, and weekends * Previous sales and customer service experience * Proficient knowledge of installation/service methods for window and door projects preferred but not required * Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite * Previous experience with AS400 a plus Physical Requirements: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
