QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of commissioned sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience dealing with complex issues and customer concerns
  • Integrity and honesty are absolute requirements
  • Effectively model and reinforce company Core Values and Mission Statement
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or other team members
  • Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
  • Efficiency using Microsoft Suite Programs such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a seamless, always-on experience ensuring guests that we care about what matters to them and we’ve got their back
  • Build rapport and create connections with guests that makes them feel recognized and appreciated for who they are
  • Elevate the guest experience with authentic, genuine interactions
  • Assist guests in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority
  • Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
  • Prepare sold vehicles for guest delivery prior to guest arrival
  • Deliver vehicles to guests, ensuring the guest understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
  • Introduce guests to service department personnel and schedule their first maintenance appointment
  • Follow-up with guests so they know you’re there for them for all of their automotive needs
