Description:

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our thriving construction team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing exceptional solutions tailored to the construction industry. If you’re passionate about sales and want to contribute to exciting projects while working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the construction industry. - Identify client needs and propose suitable construction solutions. - Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential projects. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Negotiate contracts with clients to secure deals. - Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. - Track sales performance metrics and report progress to management. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to leverage opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships. - Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively convey them to clients. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. - Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills. - Familiarity with market research techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
