We are seeking motivated and professional Sales Consultants / Property Investment Advisors who are passionate about real estate investment and capable of building long-term relationships with international investors. Role Overview The Sales Consultant will work closely with international investors to identify and secure suitable property investment opportunities in Dubai. This role involves managing investor enquiries, conducting consultations, presenting investment opportunities and guiding clients through the property acquisition process. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to represent Hassi Properties at international roadshows, investment seminars and overseas investor events, meeting clients in key global markets and building relationships with potential investors. This is a highly rewarding sales role with significant earning potential for driven individuals who thrive in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Investor Advisory Conduct consultations with international investors seeking property opportunities in Dubai Understand client objectives including capital appreciation, rental yield and long-term investment strategies Provide professional guidance on suitable developments and market opportunities Present property investment proposals tailored to individual client requirements Sales & Transaction Management Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to transaction completion Present property opportunities including off-plan developments and ready properties Arrange and conduct property viewings and developer meetings Assist investors with booking procedures and transaction documentation International Investor Engagement Participate in international investor roadshows organised by Hassi Properties Represent the company at overseas property exhibitions and investment seminars Build relationships with potential investors across global markets Maintain ongoing communication with international clients before and after events Relationship Building Develop long-term relationships with investors for repeat purchases Maintain consistent communication with clients through follow-ups and market updates Build a network of investor referrals and professional contacts Market Expertise Stay informed about new project launches and property market developments in Dubai Understand payment plans, developer incentives and investment potential Provide investors with up-to-date market insights and recommendations International Travel Opportunities As part of the company’s growth strategy, successful consultants may participate in international roadshows and investor events in markets such as: United Kingdom Europe Middle East Asia North America These events provide an opportunity to meet investors directly and generate high-value investment opportunities.
