Sales Consulting Assistant
We’re looking for a motivated individual with a passion for business and a desire to grow professionally in an international environment. This entry-level role offers excellent opportunities to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business operations. You’ll work closely with global clients across various industries, with full support from a team of technical engineers to assist you in providing first-line technical support. Training and guidance will be provided to help build a strong foundation in business operations.

• Interact with a wide range of clients, from individuals to large corporations and resellers, both in the UK and globally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling enquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Conduct customer profiling, deliver PowerPoint presentations, and demonstrate products based on customer interests (note: this is a support role with no sales targets)
• Manage and follow up on both large and small customer accounts by responding to enquiries and preparing quotations
• Enter and update customer orders and enquiries into the ERP system to track progress and schedule follow-ups
• Coordinate installation and delivery processes by liaising with customers and subcontractors
• Follow existing business processes and contribute feedback or ideas for improving efficiency
• Support marketing efforts including content for the website, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
