Based in Madrid or Milan and reporting to the Head of Sales, Planning & Operations (SP&O) for Spain, Hellenics, Italy and Portugal (SHIP), you will be responsible for driving and implementing all initiatives around sales channel contracts and for developing systems within SHIP countries. You will be the go-to-person for all matters related to internal tools, the master data they contain, and the contracts’ governing our relationships with channel partners. DESCRIPTION Execute contracts’ cycles in accordance with EMEIA legal & contracts roadmap. Drive reporting initiatives across SP&O and sales teams to ensure consistent and effective insights and performance metrics. Drive new tools (i.e: Sales Force)transformation across SHIP, while representing local needs at EMEIA level, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose. Collaborate cross functionally with Store Experience, Sales Training, Finance, Sales and Senior leadership teams across the SHIP region, EMEIA Contracts & Regional legal teams and EMEIA BPR team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated expertise in contracts’ analysis and legal interpretation. Demonstrated proficiency in business analysis and process improvement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insights. Experience working with cross-functional teams within multiple countries. Effective project manager with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and data/systems integration. Evident Interpersonal and organisational savvy. Demonstrated proactive approach to continuous learning. Comfortable leading through uncertainty and changes. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience. Highly proficient with Excel at an advanced level. Outstanding English fluency. Appreciated the knowledge of business intelligence and data visualisation tools (SAP Business Objects, Tableau and SQL). Working knowledge of Apple products is a plus.
