Summary
We are looking for a “Sales Controller (f/m/d)” for the “Programs Controlling” department at the Ulm location as soon as possible
The “Programs Controlling” department combines the controlling expertise for the Sensors division including Operations and Sales. This department is responsible for controlling the entire order volume of the Sensors division within the HENSOLDT Group, including the assigned subsidiaries and foreign companies.

Your Tasks

  • Planning incoming orders as part of the business planning process, as well as monthly planning, forecasts, outlooks in coordination with the relevant sales functions and other stakeholders
  • Preparation, follow-up and implementation of monthly sales pipeline reviews
  • Implementation of cost unit accounting
  • Monthly reporting of incoming orders, including target/actual deviation, as well as carrying out ad hoc analyses for various stakeholders
  • Close coordination with Sales Operations and Central Controlling, as well as contact person for the harmonization of interfaces between the sales tool VIS and the reporting / consolidation tool FIT
  • Support in sales cost planning in the context of business planning, monthly planning, detailed planning, forecasts and outlooks for the HENSOLDT Group including all sales hubs
  • Planning and collaboration in sales support controlling
  • Support in the implementation of order intake reporting solutions as part of the S / 4 Hana transformation

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in business administration or comparable
  • Several years of experience in finance / controlling
  • Experience in sales controlling advantageous
  • Confident in using MS Office applications and strong SAP skills
  • Analytical and conscientious way of working and strong communication skills
  • High degree of initiative and commitment as well as very good organization and time management skills
  • Business fluent in German and English
