SALES CONTROLLER

Motorvogue are a forward-thinking company working with 14 brands across 5 locations: Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Renault, Dacia, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Isuzu, DS, Citroen and Peugeot. With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds. Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024. We continue to grow and develop moving forward.
At Dunstable, we are delighted to represent the fantastic Hyundai brand. Hyundai are at the forefront of automotive technology and a class leader in EV vehicles. With an ever-increasing market share its a really exciting time to be strengthening our relationship with the brand. Dunstable is our third Hyundai site, as we currently represent Hyundai at Bedford and Norwich.

Responsibilities

Ideally you will be in a similar role or be an accomplished senior sales executive looking to move up to the next level. This is a sales role and as such you will be required to sell our products as well as support your team and second-face their customers.
Our working pattern is 5.5 days average (5-days week 1 and 6-days week 2), including weekends.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Drive the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
  • Support, coach and mentor your team and lead by example at all times
  • Ensure your pitch is presentable at all times in line with company standards
  • Maintain your stock both on site and online to ensure maximum ROI
  • Consistently improve customer satisfaction
  • Handle any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
