  Nestlé Romania is looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity, desire to ensure the development, validation, communication and efficient implementation of new or changing items/services to join our Controlling Team, on the position of Sales Controller.    A day in the life of a Sales Controller: Tracking Business KPIs and advising the extended commercial team & business management. Analyzing company’s sales and overall performance with a results-oriented mindset. Presenting and supporting financial analysis to Business Management. Fostering a spirit of Margin Improvement and mindfulness of financial implications across the organization. Ensure full alignment of the sales team(s) towards financial processes (period-end closing, forecasting, annual resource allocation) to ensure transparent and accurate monitoring of TTS. Participate in the customer and channel strategy development process and ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the strategy.  Coordinate the forecast of NNS, TTS to ensure alignment with Monthly Business Planning and Dynamic Forecast Identify areas of risk & opportunities to reach targets and execute action plans to close country and customer gaps. Custodian of internal controls and assurance that trade spend practices comply with internal and external guidelines. Driving continuous improvement when it comes to simplification of processes and tools.   What will make you successful? Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking who has Finance/Controlling  experience and university degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration. You have financial knowledge and ability to understand business models in FMCG industry as well as ability to multitask, good planning and prioritization abilities.
