Job Description Be Responsible for interpreting customer requirements, becoming the expert in their needs, ensuring internal alignment while being compliant with Bosch guidelines. This includes serving as the expert regarding customer order requirements; EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Labeling, & Packaging specifications; and ensuring that the specifications are appropriately evaluated and implemented per the Customer Requirement Server (CRS). Create schedule agreements in-line with established standards and processes and according to customer requirements ensuring Bosch receives orders correctly and timely to be able to support customer demands. Collaborate with the Order Management team and cross functional areas in a multi-national and multicultural environment to achieve goals and meet targets (KPIs). Impact daily operations by ensuring seamless EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) flow in SAP. This includes Inbound EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) monitoring, as required, as well as outbound ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification) monitoring for those customers which pay according to ASN, with follow-up to logistics, if corrections are needed. This consistent flow of data is necessary to prevent negative impacts to shipping, unnecessary costs or late payments from the customer. Improve current business processes by developing and implementing continuous improvement projects (CIPs) Lead cross functional meetings and communications with logistics and sales teams across North America. Drive Customer Satisfaction by entering and monitoring logistics complaints in SalesForce as well as tracking supplier scorecard ratings for top customers. This activity ensures we are satisfying customer expectations and addressing and resolving logistics related complaints. Develop yourself. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's Degree • 1+ years' experience in Order Management or Logistics Planning Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar. • 3+ years of experience in Order Management or Logistics Planning • 3+ years of experience interpreting customer EDI requirements for internal implementation and initiating the necessary internal processes to ensure that customer requirements are implemented on-time. • Functional excellence in utilizing SAP transaction codes related to order management and planning. • Demonstrated ability in leading complex projects and proven record in building cooperative relationships to achieve common goals. • Excellent problem solving, with the ability to efficiently perform root-cause analysis and identify resolution path. • CIP orientation with proven record for mitigating financial and operational risk via process improvement. • Lead cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence. • High customer service orientation with the ability to support a large number of requests requiring efficient and timely resolution. • Analyzing customer orders versus contractual agreements, performing deep-dive data analysis to determine areas of inconsistency. • Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable interfacing with higher levels of Sales management.
