Castleworks Home Services is looking for a Sales Conversion Specialist to re-engage customers who previously received estimates and convert those opportunities into revenue. This is a high impact inside sales role focused on follow-up, objection handling, and closing. If you know how to build value, create urgency, and confidently ask for the sale—this role is built for you. Compensation • Competitive hourly base rate of pay • 3% commission on recovered sales • High earning potential based on performance • No cap on earnings Key Responsibilities • Re-engaging customers who previously received estimates but did not move forward • Reviewing prior quotes and identify opportunities to close • Overcoming objections and guide customers to a buying decision • Closing sales over the phone and through follow-up communication • Accurately document activity and sales in ServiceTitan • Partnering with field technicians and sales advisors to maximize revenue • Following established sales processes and continuously improve performance. • Ensuring that all unsold estimates are reached out to at least three times using phone, text or e-mail. • Meeting monthly revenue targets through recovered sales • Working with leadership to negotiate pricing, add-one services, rebates, etc. • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed Requirements Qualifications • Proven experience closing sales (inside sales preferred) • Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline • Results-driven and competitive mindset • Ability to manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus • Intermediate Excel, along with financing website portals and our in-home CRM -Service Titan. • Ability to obtain a California State Home Improvement State License with the California State Board (company paid for) We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
