Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator with a background in hotel management to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospitality operations in the UAE, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, events, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support daily sales activities and client communications.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Assist the sales team in managing corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with other departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping) for event and booking coordination.
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials and presentations.
  • Support in organizing site visits, fam trips, and corporate events.
  • Track room and event bookings, manage cancellations and modifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales or hotel coordination role in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE hotel and hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
