JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team, who will report to the Vice President, Sales. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and have the ability to travel overnight to trade shows and events. In addition to salary there is a discretionary bonus based on achieving company sales and profitability targets.

TECHNICAL & ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong data entry accuracy and ability to manage multiple spreadsheets or databases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiation skills for small-scale deals and conflict resolution.

ANALYTICAL & PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS

  • Ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail for contract reviews, pricing checks, and compliance.
