Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the systems and services work.
  • Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demand and offer sales support where necessary.
  • Maintaining the current client base and adding new clients, measured by orders numbers of results and clients’ satisfaction process.
  • Coordinating and communicating sales plans and results reports and the necessary sales related tasks to achieve the goals and targets.
  • Maintain excellent communications externally and internally including regular sales and weekly reports.

· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, Schedule and coordinate meetings.
· Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales positions
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and sales applications
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineer/Structural Engineering or similar fields
  • Driving License is a plus
  • Writing and verbal communication skills
