OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and self-sufficient Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, highly amicable, and speaks fluent English. Candidates with fluency in other languages will take precedence. This position focuses on the generation and overall management of sales leads. You will be working amongst the sales team, providing them with leads while they focus on closing the deal. Please note this position allows for commission pay and wages could commensurate with performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest and knowledge of the automotive industry
  • MS Office/Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Class 5 license
  • English Proficiency

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Handling heavy outbound and inbound phone contacts.
  • Generating online leads through various channels
  • Ensuring a smooth annd positive customer experience
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and possibly other departments
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information about products and services.
  • Staying up to date with inventory using a CRM
