Established in 2005, ABCL Safety Consultants is a leading third-party inspection, testing, HSE training, and certification company in Dubai, delivering exceptional services across the UAE. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic, skilled professionals to join us.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email and provide necessary support.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and client follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical and administrative) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client data and sales activities.
  • Support sales managers in organizing and executing sales campaigns and events.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to clients regarding ongoing projects, orders, or services.
