Job Description Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales, you will be supporting the Sales team in administrative duties and assist with the co-ordination of their activities. This role will also be key to assist in all areas of direct sales efforts to increase hotel market share, maintain a high level of customer service while bringing an unparalleled approach to converting group and leisure business. In this role you will: Provide comprehensive support to the Commercial team, including generating reports, preparing proposals/contracts, creating presentations, booking travel, managing enquiries, and assisting with promotions, events and printed materials. Manage and maintain sales systems such as ANAIS, Cvent, and Delphi; distribute sales leads based on business needs, and conduct cold calls for market comparisons and lead generation. Coordinate post-contract group requests, ensuring seamless handover to relevant departments (Groups Reservations/Catering & Events Manager) and support sales trip/trade show preparation. Lead and participate in special projects, attend commercial meetings for minute taking, support client site visits and assist in onboarding new team members. Foster strong internal and external relationships, delivering high standards of professional communication and customer service, while ensuring smooth daily operations.
