Job Description **Job Description:** The Sales Coordinator for the MICE and Banqueting department is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team. This position plays a critical role in managing meetings, conferences, events, and group bookings throughout the entire sales cycle. The Sales Coordinator ensures the successful execution of all client engagements through meticulous coordination, professional communication, and seamless departmental collaboration. Qualifications Manage and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring timely and comprehensive communication Prepare detailed proposals and contracts in accordance with company standards and client specifications Coordinate all event logistics and operational details with internal departments, including catering, housekeeping, and operations, to ensure flawless execution Maintain detailed records of all bookings, contracts, and client communications for audit and reference purposes Monitor event timelines and deliverables to ensure all commitments are met from initial booking through post-event completion Facilitate communication between sales team, clients, and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain service excellence Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality client service and satisfaction throughout all stages of event planning and execution Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales department objectives and organizational goals Additional Information The candidate will work in an international and dynamic organization in one of the most beautiful city in the world Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Temporary Job Schedule: Full-Time
