Job Description Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and other sales documents in a timely manner. Maintain and update client database with accurate information, Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis for management review. Liaise with relevant hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Banquet) to ensure smooth execution of group bookings, meetings, and events. Assist in preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensuring details are communicated accurately. Monitor event timelines and provide on-site support when necessary. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the room locations, types of rooms, package plans and all hotel facilities Conduct regular walk about and site inspections to familiarize with current hotel operational standards. Report any concerns to the Sales Manager or Director of Sales and Marketing. Be available to assist with site inspections for potential clients Be available during busy periods to oversee events, which may be over weekends or late evening. Qualifications Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records in midscale hotels. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Good communication and customer contact skills Service oriented with an eye for details Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team Self-motivated and energetic Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
