Job Description We’re looking for an energetic and organised Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team and help drive top-line revenue across meetings, events, and group business at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort & Convention Centre. In this fast-paced and people-focused role, you’ll be at the heart of our events and sales operations. Expect your days to include: Managing incoming event and group enquiries with warmth, speed, and professionalism Crafting standout proposals and contracts that showcase the best of our resort Highlighting and showcasing the Resort facilities as you coordinate and host engaging site inspections for clients Being the go-to contact who ensures clients receive clear, timely and accurate information at every stage Partnering with our operations teams to deliver smooth, stress-free event handovers and exceptional experiences Keeping our CRM sharp and up to date, ensuring details are accurate and opportunities are maximised Supporting creative sales initiatives, from promotional activities to campaigns that drive awareness and revenue Management of Purchase Plus including creation of Supplier Set Up forms and actioning PO requests for the sales team Weekly creation and distribution of Inquiry Pipeline Report Deliver on ALL Accor Meetings & Events KPI’s defined by management, maintaining accountability and high performance. Ensure all KPI’s set by management are consistently met or exceeded Qualifications You are a proactive, detail-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You bring: Strong organisational and time-management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication A passion for client service and building relationships Confidence in managing multiple enquiries and deadlines A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience with Delphi system preferred Previous experience in hotel sales, events or administration (highly regarded) Additional Information Why work for Accor?
