Job Description Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and other sales documents in a timely manner. Maintain and update client database with accurate information, Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis for management review. Support the team in organizing site inspections and client visits. Liaise with relevant hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Banquet) to ensure smooth execution of group bookings, meetings, and events. Assist in preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensuring details are communicated accurately. Monitor event timelines and provide on-site support when necessary. Qualifications Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Good communication and customer contact skills Service oriented with an eye for details Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team Self-motivated and energetic Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
