Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintain and update the lead management system or customer relationship management (CRM) database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, align marketing campaigns with sales objectives, and improve lead quality.
  • Continuously assess and improve lead management processes, implementing best practices for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Engage with potential customers to qualify leads, gather initial requirements, and direct them to the appropriate sales channels.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team regarding lead quality and sales process effectiveness, using his information to refine lead management strategies.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, webinars, or trade shows that contribute to lead generation efforts.
  • Compile and submit reports detailing updates, changes in availability, and any significant market movements or trends noticed.
  • Conduct or organize training sessions for agents, covering market trends, CRM usage, sales techniques, and new project information.
  • Update on new project information gathered, social media lead allocation, and effectiveness of lead generation strategies.

  • Gather and review agents’ weekly activities, sales progress, and support needs. Compile and analyze weekly and monthly sales figures against targets, identifying areas for improvement and success stories.
  • Undertake any other sales support tasks as required, ensuring agents have the necessary tools and information to effectively engage with clients and close sales.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers.
  • Identify and acquire new property listings and secure potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local property market, including price trends, supply and demand dynamics, and upcoming developments.
