Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps to ensure strong pipeline management. Support the sales team by handling quote follow-ups, data entry, and CRM updates. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success. Qualifications As a Sales Coordinator, What You Need: 2 years of customer service or call call center experience (inbound/outbound) Previous inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-volume call environment. Flexible availability for assigned shifts, including occasional weekends. Must be able to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
