ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing customer enquiries, coordinating product photos and video shoots, uploading products to our e-commerce platform, and supporting digital marketing activities. You will play a key part in driving sales and ensuring our products reach customers with excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming enquiries (online and offline) and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate and manage photo and video shoots for products.
• Upload and update flower and plant products on our e-commerce platform.
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media and promotions.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and the operations team.
