About This Role- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business growth. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and process quotes and proposals
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and route them appropriately
