JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, assisting in the execution of sales strategies, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Administrative role (agriculture or FMCG industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales team in day-to-day operations, including order processing, tracking shipments, and preparing sales reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and timely information.
  • Coordinate sales activities with other departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Monitor sales targets and help the team track their performance against KPIs.
  • Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
