SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or lead generation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and qualify new leads, with experience in outbound prospecting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
    Bonus: Experience in sales in the hospitality industry

YOUR JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their goals. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and helping drive revenue growth. If you’re detail-oriented, sales-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct initial outreach via emails, calls, and other channels to establish contact with potential customers.
  • Schedule and organize client meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, campaigns, and promotional activities
