Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator, who will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This role is crucial for maintaining organized sales operations and contributing to overall business growth.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and order management is preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Sales Support:
    Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
    Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and product catalogs.

Track sales leads and follow up with clients as required.

  • Order & Documentation Management:

Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Handle documentation related to sales contracts, invoices, and credit terms.

Maintain proper filing and records for sales and customer-related documents.

  • Communication & Coordination:

Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams (logistics, finance, operations).
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and couriers to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate to the sales team.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and assist with sales forecasts.
Monitor sales performance metrics and share insights with management.
Assist with competitor analysis and market research when required.
