Join us in shaping the future of customer service at Beneq! We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a service-minded attitude to join our Sales Operations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of our order-to-cash process and enhance the Beneq customer experience. This role is a one-year fixed-term substitute position covering parental leave. Your Role as a Sales Coordinator: In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include: Managing the order-delivery-invoicing process and maintaining related customer and delivery communications. Handling project, spare parts, and service orders. Collaborating with the warehouse to ensure smooth deliveries. Managing invoicing processes efficiently. Maintaining accurate customer information in the SAP system. Ensuring operational excellence across Beneq teams and international customer interactions. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in similar sales support or customer service tasks. Familiarity with export document handling, especially to US. Fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA. A solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A degree in Business Administration or a related field. Responsibilities
