Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our SatCom sales team.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, assisting with customer communications, and helping ensure the smooth execution of sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Reach out to customers by phone and email.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Assist with drafting proposals, bids, and presentations.
  • Assist with processing sales orders and quotes.
  • Assist with contract management.
  • Draft and distribute memos, forms, and various customer-facing correspondence.
  • Process improvement initiatives.
  • Create/review CRM reports as required.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
